Peter-Erik Ywema is General Manager SAI Platform (Global), an organization created by the food industry to communicate and to actively support the development of sustainable agriculture involving stakeholders of the food chain. In the early nineties he was amongst the researchers that developed life cycle assessment as a tool to better understand real and significant environmental impacts. Josephine Kirui works for the International World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) and serves as the coordinator of the feeds and feeding systems component for the East Africa Dairy Development (EADD) project.
